- Sensitive Personal Data (Health & Safety): Due to the physical nature of our eco-tours, we collect emergency contact information, known allergies, current medical conditions, or physical limitations on our safety waivers. How We Use Your Data
- Primary Purposes: To process your stay (private cabins, hostels, or camping grounds), coordinate your activity packages (The Warrior, Mini Warrior, The Sunriser, The Wolf, Full Adventure, Unbeaten), manage medical safety protocols during tours, and issue fiscal invoices.
- Secondary Purposes: To send event updates (such as upcoming river descents or archaeological treks) and customer satisfaction surveys. You may opt out of promotional uses at any time.
ARCO Rights and How to Exercise Them
Under Mexican law, you hold the rights to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose (ARCO) the use of your personal data. To exercise these rights, submit a written request to info@aventurec.com including your full name, a copy of an official identification document to verify ownership, and a clear description of the specific data or right you wish to address.
